Well, we've got to outnumber the village/other factions.
So, I guess we are the mafia. Though, we only have one kill every odd day. But, we can figure out how people died easier than the kooks. So, I guess that's something.

We're not the mafia, we have a kill every even day as per Abysmal Lynx's follow up PM.
This is going to be a massive faction game, I think.

More likely than not, we're only one of many minority factions. With only five members (12.5%) and a half-kill, we'd be too weak to be standing alone. Signs point to there being more minority factions out there, including the super-insane cannibals, the orderlies, and maybe an independent serial killer for good measure. Cannibals' group should have larger numbers and a kill every day. I would bet on the orderlies having the odd kill (since our group kill was corrected to be an even-day kill). Adding in daily kills from a serial killer and village vigilante, that would be a total of five kills per day in play, an appropriate level for a game of this size. All totaled up, we should expect something like 18 or 19 minority-faction players, perhaps something like 5 sane, 5 orderlies, 7-8 cannibals, 1 serial killer.
Based on the fact that nearly half the individuals are going to be part of minority factions, we can expect a lot of crossfire. With our limited power, we won't have a chance of winning unless we do an extremely good job of staying low. There is no guarantee that we can join up with any of the other factions (orderlies would be most likely, but there's no indication of the possibility), so we just need to tough it out on our own. It is going to be quite difficult to win.

That makes a lot more sense.

What Blarney said.
I have a feeling that this game will be fun while we're playing, but our win condition (basically Mafia winning condition, but with about 1/4 of the strength) is going to be VERY hard to meet.

... if you are wondering why all the posts in this topic have been edited by me, it is because the word "believe" is spelled "believe" and not "beleive". Thank you.

I love your particular brand of OCD, MrB. <3 So, wait... Does that mean he's not on our side?!?!?!? Edit: Also, it was two in the morning when I made this thread, for what it's worth.

Prediction: We're not the only group that believes itself to be sane.
Prediction Deux: We are infiltrated by someone who doesn't share our WinCon. Possibly the SK.
BUT! If there's a "village-aligned vig" who calls a kill on night 1, we should have one of our members come forward to him as a death investigator -- maybe claim to have debilitating OCD (a la Adrian Monk) or something like that.
If we can get one of our members some pull in the village network, our chances of victory increase dramatically.

Also, even if someone finds out we're sane, it's easy to make a play that we just have a survival WinCon. That really makes sense, almost more sense than the actual WinCon.

I'm not a fan of our win condition.

While this is a good idea, I think we might want to wait until we're sure how the death investigation works before we out one of us.
